Navitas Organics Cacao Powder is a nutrient-dense powder that can be added to desserts, smoothies or mixed with hot water as a coffee replacement. The cacao beans go through a natural 48-72 hour fermentation in accordance with traditional Peruvian methods, after which they are gently cold-pressed creating unprocessed cacao nibs. The nibs are milled and naturally processed creating a raw product which is gluten-free, non-GMO, and organic. Although the product is not labelled as 100% raw, it is never heat-treated in any processing phase. Overall, the Navitas Organics Cacao Powder is an excellent natural product that has a great taste and valuable nutritional elements.
