Size for 7 years boy ?

My son is 5 and I got him a size 2 and they fit perfect. My son is taller then average though.

My daughter is a size 1 in shoes she is 8 yrs old is the size 1 little kid for her?

I believe that is appropriate if she has normal size feet for her age. I purchased big kid size because my young niece has large feet.
