- Question : Are these softgels round or more long?Answer : I haven't purchased the 400i.u. softgels in a while as I've increased my dosage to the 1000i.u. daily, which are oblong. My recollection is that the 400 i.u. are round and not oblong.
- Question : Is this product gluten-free?Answer : Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
- Question : What expiration date will be shipped?Answer : Depends on which company you purchase it from. There are various lots in multiple warehouses, so an expiration date cannot be guaranteed.
- Question : What color are these soft gels?Answer : They are a golden color, soft gel, semi-translucent.
- Question : These contain soy derivative so therefore not GMO-free?Answer : The bottle clearly says contains soy....BUT Non-GMO so while it contains soy, it is from a non-GMO source. Non-GMO is on the front of the bottle as well in the description on the back of the bottle.
- Question : Why is there soy in this? Many of us avoid soy as if it were the plague!Answer : You will want to call Now Customer Service directly and ask them.

- Question : The label states that it has a soy derivative. What exactly is a soy derivative? And is it GMO-free?Answer : Label says 'non-GMO'.
