  • Question : Is the mug made in the USA?
    Answer : The clear Tritan material used in this product is made in the U.S. by Eastman. The mug is molded and assembled in China.
  • Question : Is the mug microwave safe?
    Answer : If you are heating up a coffee you can heat it for partial cups from 20 seconds up to 90 seconds for a full cup in the microwave. Excessive microwave times above this could possibly distort the product and is not recommended.
  • Question : How do I take it apart?
    Answer : The clear part and the solid lower section are only pressure fit. You just need to pull it hard and it will separate. Sometimes it helps to put the pressure more on two of the corners when pulling. The mug can be removed.
  • Question : Is the mug dishwasher safe?
    Answer : Yes, the product is upper rack dishwasher safe.
