- FOUR CORD VERSATILITY: This Reformer includes two regular black resistance cords, one red extra-heavy resistance cord and one yellow light resistance cord. Swap between any of these four (or use all of them in tandem) to customize your routine and target different muscle groups.
- UPGRADED WORKOUT TOOLS: Larger, free-form Cardio Rebounder allows you to easily target the hamstrings, quads, calves, and core without the strain felt on a regular treadmill.
