- Question : Is this compatible with WaterWipes baby wipes?Answer : We don’t have water wipes, but the inside measures about 7 3/4 by 4 1/2 inches, so if they aren’t any bigger then that the they should fit. And they fit Kirkland and pampers wipes.
- Question : How many wipes does it hold?Answer : It fits about 3/4, maybe slightly more, of the Kirkland wipes which are 100 wipes each bag. It almost fit an entire bag of pampers sensitive and also the Huggies Natural care.
- Question : What is the Jool wipes warmer's Country of Origin?Answer : China
- Question : Does it come with a water pad to keep the wipes warm?Answer : No, it does not. Mine didn't work properly and I had to throw it away.
- Question : Does it work with 220v?Answer : Yes, it does. Both 110v and 220v are ok!
- Question : Is it compatible for cloth wipes?Answer : Yes, it is. You would just need to make sure that they are wet since the unit warms up. The top opening is rubber and can allow you to pull them out as long as they’re not too thick.

The wipe warmer works with water wipes and has a cord length of about 48 inches. The three buttons on top are the power button, the middle button to open the baby wipe area, and the third button acts as a nightlight. The inside compartment's dimensions are about 7 3/4 by 4 1/2 inches. Only the top few wipes get warm, and it only warms up to the line fill. The light is bright and slightly illuminates the room, even with the night light off. Many customers report that it lasts less than a year or less than three months.
