- Question : Do you need the tails for it to fly?Answer : Yes, the tails provide drag to keep the kite in the proper position to fly correctly. Plus, the spinning motion of these tails looks amazing in the sky. If you lost your tails, the manufacturer is good at replacing parts.
- Question : Will it fly from a pole?Answer : Like most kites, it flies at a climbing angle for a designated wind speed. Steeper than shown! Not like aircraft in flight. Little wing area compared to weight and wind speed for kite flying.
- Question : How long are the tails and what are they made out of?Answer : The tails are made of plastic, and they are 20' long.

Despite the prop not attaching as suggested in the photo, the kite still looks great in flight. The tails provide drag and add to the impressive spinning motion of the kite in the sky. The kite may not fly as steeply as depicted and has a smaller wing area compared to its weight and wind speed requirements. The plastic tails are 20' long.
