Once you receive the product, you will receive an email with a user manual attached that describes where you can find the driver for the cable and how to install it. It is important to note that this cable does not come with any app, and you need to download the Abbott app or other third-party software. It is compatible with Windows platform work as well with Freestyle Co-pilot, Carelink and SiDiary, and on Mac platform only work with a third-party software ‘Carelink’. It does not work with apps like Diasend, Tconnect, and Freestyle Auto-Assist. However, some of the buyers faced issues with connections, software compatibility, and driver installation.
