The Jason Markk Repel spray is a protectant meant for absorbent materials like suede, nubuck, canvas, nylon, and more, but not recommended for leather shoes like Adidas Stan Smith. While some customers found it to be effective in repelling water and dirt, others were dissatisfied. One user reported that the product discolored their white sneakers, and the nozzle on the spray bottle broke immediately. They also found the spray to leave a white residue on their dark shoes. Another customer claimed that the product is not effective in repelling anything, and it even stained their shoes. However, some customers did find the product effective and long-lasting as they used it on different types of shoes and Uggs in the rain and snow.
