Why did I not receive any test strips or lancing device?

Look at your order page and contact the seller you purchased this item from. The Contour Next One meter systems we sell do include a sample size of strips, control solution, lancets and a full size lancing device as well as carrying case and full instructions.

A prescription is not needed to purchase the "Contour Next" test strips for this meter.

Made 5 tests in a row within 10 mins, I got 5 different results, from 90 to 108. Why is like that?

CONTOUR NEXT ONE Blood Glucose Monitoring System

The Contour Next ONE blood glucose meter is an accurate, lightweight device with a low blood requirement for measurement. It comes with 10 test strips but does not include test solution or lancets.
