What is the purpose of the A/C accumulator?

Will it work for rear air vehicle? What accumulator for rear air? Are two orifice tubes needed for rear air 1999 Yukon w/rear air?

What size of fitting does it have need a fitting for the low pressure?

As far as I know the fittings are made to the unit. If a fitting is damaged you will have to replace the part or the hose associated with it or on the worst case the cooling core in the dash.

Will this fit 1994 with v6?

Have no idea. Used it in a 1999 truck that was actually a late model 1998.

Dose this come pre oiled?

I do not remember it being pre oiled only the compressor is usually oiled unless it comes part of a kit with the accumulator and compressor and all the other component

Metric or Standard thread fittings?

I don't know if it's standard or metric fittings. Some of the common sizes are so close it's hard to tell unless it's written down or stamped on the part or something. And it's already been installed on the vehicle.
