Please note that you can only use dynamic microphones with the 1/4" inputs as Condenser microphones will need phantom power which is only supplied via the XLR connection.

It offers low latency and allows simultaneous recording and audio playback. Users can get a link to Pro Tools First by registering the product at the Focusrite website. There were inquiries about connecting the audio output of an Xbox to the inputs on the 2i2 and using headphones with a 1/4" jack adapter. Most customers were pleased with their purchase, except for one who found it challenging to use due to lack of previous experience with audio interfaces.
