The milk chocolate one is not vegan. The dark chocolate one should be vegan; I looked at the ingredients and there is nothing from animals listed in there but at the bottom it does say it contains milk. Strange...I would say it is Vegan!

Will they be mailed in a cold pack because here in Texas they will be totally melted before they arrive?
