It will work on any firearm regardless of caliber as long as the firearm has a mil spec 1917 picatinny rail or equivalent on top. An adapter may be needed to mount this. You might be better served with scope rings instead as they allow for a lower scope placement. This mount was designed for AR style weapons so it rests quite high.

Can it be mounted in reverse to bring scope close to shooter for eye relief?

No, it is designed to push the scope forward and still be able to mount to the receiver. Go with a mount with no forward cant to bring the scope closer.

What is the length from ring to ring, including the width of both rings?

2.5 inches space, 30mm diameter.

Will this work with Kel-Tec RDB?

According to Aero Precision USA, the manufacturer, this scope mount will work great with a Kel-Tec RDB.

Will the forward mounting make it easier/faster to shoot multiple targets/hogs? Mounting on AR10

This is set up to give you more of a forgiving eye relief. As for shooting multiple hogs, you will need a LPVO or MPVO that aids with fast target acquisition also training in speed and acquiring your targets.

The Aero Precision Ultralight 30MM Scope Mount is a lightweight and great-priced product made in the USA. It fits any firearm with a mil spec 1917 picatinny rail or equivalent on top.
