- Question : There are 2 pictures - one round and one more flat. Which is it?Answer : Of the four orders I've made of the same product (with -W in the part number, assuming 'wire'), two were the correct wire hooks, and two were the incorrect flat hooks curved backwards that are not a substitute.
- Question : The top part of the hook...how long is it? Is it made for approx 3 inches between the wires?Answer : The top part of the hook is 4.875' and is made to be able to hook into the wires on the deck units.
- Question : What are the dimensions of this hook?Answer : 6.6' x 4.75'. I tried to send a picture, but it will only accept videos.
- Question : How much weight will 1 hook hold? I have a 65lb electric bikeAnswer : Not sure about an electric bike but the hooks hold my mountain bike which is approx. 30lbs.
- Question : Do the hooks include bolts, nuts and washers?Answer : No it does not include bolts, nuts, and washers. It doesn't require them. Hooks just latch on the to the metal lip on the side of the rack.
