Can the colors be de-potted for use in Z Palettes?

Yes but it is kinda difficult to get them out of the card board,they might have other palettes that can be de-potted more easier, but this particular one is difficult

Does the pigment stays in the eye?

The pigment stays very well on the eyelid and crease. A primer will extend the wear, but even without, it remains very true to color through out the day.

The kit is about 8-9" long and 5-6" deep.

does this have a highlight and bronzer, the Original one?

This set does not have a highlighter, but it does come with a bronzer.
