Yes, but it won't be useful to keep mosquitoes away. The four slits on each side is hard to keep together and they keep opening, letting insects in. It's good for decoration, but not practical with weak material to keep insects from entering.

Can I use this for a bottom bunkbed?

You could, but I'm not sure how it would look.

Can I just use the frame and use a different fabric?

There's no frame, just fabric sewn together.

Is the color yellow a real dark one?

I purchased the beige color, not yellow, but I don't think it's too dark. If it is, you can always return it. The beige is a light color.

Can this be used outside?

I'm sure it can be used outside. I had mine over my bed and it worked perfectly, so I'm sure it would be useful outside.

Does it have to be hung in a square shape or can you maneuver it?

You can maneuver it however you like. I have a high and wide room, so I just taped each end to the wall. It doesn't look pretty but it works.

What size drill bit do you need to use?

I didn't use a drill, I just screwed them in. It's not heavy, so you can use a nail too. It requires a rather skinny drill bit.

How do you put this on without the hooks? I have a queen canopy bed. It came with no instructions.

I put four command hooks on the ceiling to hold it up. It worked very well.
