    Answer : Hello, we do not at this time. We are releasing a twin and are looking to release a King size in Q1 of 2018. Our Queen is one of the larger queens we have seen in the market.
  • Question : How do we patch a tiny hole in the flocked side of the mattress?
    Answer : I used GEL superglue, because it's thick, and doesn't run into the hole. Blow up the air mattress, put on a glob of the glue, then patch with a piece of duct tape. Be sure there is glue under most of the duct tape. You don't need a giant patch - I patched a quarter inch nick five years ago and my duct tape piece is only about an inch square. A little patch can move with the mattress; a large patch might crack. Our mattress gets a lot of use, and that little patch has never failed.
  • Question : Is it compatible in 220V like in UK?
    Answer : Nope, only 110-120 good Ole American electricity.
  • Question : How much weight can it hold?
    Answer : Rated for 600 lbs max, not 400.
  • Question : When will the king size be available?
    Answer : Ask customer service.
  • Question : I ordered the California King because it was rated for 800lbs capacity according to advertisement but says 600lbs on the box which is it?
    Answer : I would use the box weight. I purchased the queen size a year ago and have slept comfortably on it every night. I inflated after 4 months and just recently inflated again. Love it.
  • Question : Does it have an odor?
    Answer : Right out of the packaging it had a slight odor, but dissipated after a short while. Sort of like a new car smell.
  • Question : How do I inflate this bed? Do I need to get a pump?
    Answer : You do not need a pump. It has a built-in pump to inflate and deflate. The cord is tucked nicely into a little compartment that is part of the bed.
  • Question : Is the material tough and thick for kids and animals to be on it without the fear of popping it?
    Answer : Not sure about kids. However, my approx 11 lb Shih Tzu always has to walk on it before inflating it and in the beginning of us inflating it. Then he’ll be all over it while we sleep and he even scratches at it (kind of like nesting or “making his spot comfy or just right”) and as long as his nails are maintained-like someone said before-we have no problems at all....but just like with other air mattresses, we have to add a little more air every couple of nights. We’ve been using ours every weekend for about 2 months while we clean out & clean up a home & property we inherited. But it’s been really wonderful!
