How many sqft will they cover?

I've had good luck with these reaching up to 100m. Dense office building space, I'd place one about every 50m with overlap to give good coverage.

Poe: do i need 24v or 48v injectors?

The injectors that come with the singles are 48V .32 A. So you should need 48V POE Switch.

Support mimo technology?

Yes, this will support MU-MIMO.

3 pack is more expensive than 3 1 packs. why?

When I bought, three pack was less expensive. It must be supply and demand. Mine three pack did not come with power supply.

Does it come with poe adapter?

Only the Single Unit package comes with the PoE Injector the thinking being it will be a standalone installation. The 3-Packs and 5-Packs do NOT include it as it is assumed larger scale deployments will use Ethernet switches for the PoE which is a much cleaner install with less cords, etc. This also helps avoid such electronics ending up in the trash.

Does this support roaming?

If you mean, will you stay connected to the same network as you move from one AP to another, yes as long as the same network is being broadcast on the AP that you are moving to.

Ubiquiti UniFi AP, AC PRO, 3-Pack - UAP-AC-PRO-3(US)

The Ubiquiti UniFi AC Pro 3-pack Access Point system is a customer favourite for network coverage, given proxies of 100m for indoor office setting, ample power and the ability to be used outdoors. It is a reliable and quality device with easy set-up, and the Power over Ethernet adaptor is included. There was clear praise for its great range and signal strength, plug-and-play capability, and for making the user experience of navigation and interface straightforward. While some customers felt that some units missed out on auxiliary devices and one pack was slightly different from the others, with some returns, it was also acknowledged that this did not actually hinder operational capacities. The instruction manual could be clearer. The product can be viewed as a cheaper alternative to Cisco solutions. Nonetheless, its reasonable price point in comparison to its function was seen as a selling point.
