- Question : Are the blades forged? Or stamped?Answer : I believe these are forded and hand sharpened. note that you have to religiously take care of them. wash and dry immediately after each use. So far I am very very happy with this purchase.
- Question : Will these knives stick to a magnetic knife holder?Answer : I have not tried that. They are made of steel. I'd be surprised if they didn't.

The Kai PRO 3 Piece Starter Knife Set includes an 8" chef's knife, 3.5" paring knife, and 6" utility knife, and is hand sharpened and forged. It comes in a clear plastic clamshell style packaging. While these knives are sharp and cut well, they are prone to rust, especially if not dried immediately after each use. They do not come with a block or covers. Overall, they are a good value for the price and compare favorably to more expensive options.
