They are European sizes so a US size 6 is a 37 European. They do fit true to size although there are no half sizes so you have to decide to go up or down if you are a half size. The Birkenstock has a different fit than most sandals and should have room both at the top of the toe and the heel. By about a half an inch. I wear a 7 and I got a size 38. They also take awhile for your feet to form to the cork sandal, but once they do, they are fabulously comfortable and last forever.

I ordered a size 7-7 1/2 are these true to size I normally wear a size 7?

Mine were men’s size 11-11 1/2 and that’s what I wear depending on the brand. Mine were pretty true to size.

Are these soft bed? Some reviews say yes and some say no. Description says it is.

Yes, because they were suede they appear darker for the tan or lighter pair order the “Arizona Birko-Flor Nubuck” in mocha and you will get the lighter pair.
