- Question : Is dairy an ingredient?Answer : It says to just add hot milk so if you are wondering if you just add water that should help. As others have said it does say it was processed at a factory where it could come into contact with dairy. If you wanted a just add water option you could just add powdered milk to this cocoa but it would take figuring out servings per container and how ounces of milk you needed per servings. Since that seems really like to much work for me I would stick to using milk and sticking it in the microwave where it tends to not boil over like stove top cooking can.

- Question : Is this product vegan?Answer : No dairy listed in the ingredients. But processed on equipment exposed to dairy/soy. It's really just cocoa and sugar. Expensive, but quite pleasant-chocolatey even with water only.
- Question : Is this product non-GMO?Answer : Sorry I can’t answer. The container was so smashed when it arrived, I transferred the cocoa to another container and threw the box away. Maybe Starbucks can tell you

However, if you want a less strong taste, add less powder. One of the drawbacks of this product is that it contains dairy in the processing unit, making it unsuitable for vegans. Also, be careful when ordering as the packaging may arrive dented, with some cans not correctly sealed, making it difficult to return the item.
