Basically, yes you can. However, it is fine grind coffee, not the best for paper filters.

As long as the reusable K cup has smaller holes. The espresso is ground more fine than traditional coffee and you don't want a bunch of grounds in your cup.

Yes i use it in my espresso machine. It is a very fine grind. Powder (a la Nestle Quick)

Will this coffee work in a refillable Nespresso pod?

There's no way to know until you try. Don't pack it too densely & see what happens. The Caffè Espresso is appropriate for a Chemex filter or (my method) a 300 ml Bialetti Italian espresso pot. The only time I have had trouble the coffee was packed in the Bialetti too tightly.
