    Answer : I was going to reorder until I noticed that. I can't justify this purchase anymore. It is great stuff, but not for $40.

    Answer : All tea and produce that comes to the US from Japan is tested for radiation in Japan before leaving the country. There have been no signs of radiation associated with any matcha we have sourced over our past four years of business. MatchaBar specifically sources from regions and farming territories in Japan that have not been affected by radiation.

    Answer : We only use one ingredient! 100% Ceremonial Grade Matcha imported from Kagoshima, Japan -- shade grown & stone ground!
  • Question : I saw the question of 'How many Carbs' and you answered '0' when in fact on my container that I just received today 5/22/20 says. '447 mg'.
    Answer : Sorry for any confusion! By regulation, <1g of carbs/serving is technically listed as 0g. 447mg is less than half a gram (.447g to be precise) and is primarily dietary fiber (not sugar). So yes, it's zero carb and zero sugar!
  • Question : I see seller responses to heavy metal & radiation testing but no definitive answers. what are the results? where can they be seen? pesticides too? thx
