GNC Mega Men Whole Body VP Multi Vitamins come in a pack of two boxes, with each containing 30 packets of vitamins. It includes fish oil with a special coating to prevent burping up the smell. The vitamin helps with joint support and has trace amounts of lead that are nearly impossible to remove during the refinement process. The pills are easy to swallow and seem to provide some energy, but they are a bit on the larger side. However, some users experienced negative side effects and felt worse after taking them for a week.
