  • Question : Will the people that live below me hear me when I jump on it?
    Answer : It does not squeak but factors to how you jump and how well the floor is built. It is unlikely that you will receive complaints unless you jump at ungodly hours.

    Answer : This would be a personal question for a trainer or doctor. Be careful when stepping off after a long session as your legs might drop out from under you.

    Answer : The legs are supposed to fit right on the bottom, some between an anchor cord and others in between. Tighten them before exercising to prevent looseness and bending.

    Answer : If one of the legs is not going on easily, try using a pair of pliers to get it to go all the way down. It may result in a slight scratch.

    Answer : Yes, it is perfect for indoors. It is quiet and suitable for rebounding while watching shows. It is a bit challenging to assemble, but worth it.
  • Question : Is there any way to add a handlebar to this model?
    Answer : Not that I am aware of. However, there is a model available with handlebars.
  • Question : Is 40 inches the dimension of the jump mat or the frame?
    Answer : 40 inches is the size of the frame. The jump mat is around 35-36 inches.
  • Question : How tall is this, once assembled?
    Answer : It is 10 inches tall once assembled.
  • Question : Are the bungees replaceable if they break? Can I buy them from you?
    Answer : They provide one extra bungee with the product. I am not selling replacement bungees.
