- Question : Are the top and bottom shelves supposed to click into place?Answer : No, they just sit in the bracket

- Question : Would a phone be able to fit in the top?Answer : Each shelf is the size of a piece of paper so as long as your phone base is not bigger than that then you could definitely fit a phone but make sure there is not a ton of weight to it
- Question : Would this work if I wanted to place my laptop on the top shelf?Answer : I measured both my own laptop and my system and no way can it go in the top shelf, sorry. Unless your laptop is a lil less than 12” wide, because the description says 12.8” but in actuality that’s including the side walls. Regardless, my laptop is 15” x 10”. From back to front it’s approximately 9”. I hope this helps. It’s a great system for any desk though.
- Question : Can u add shelves??Answer : No. The shelves have slots where the metal trays slide in. The top is a 'rounded' bar, so you wouldn't be able to stack anything on top. Hope this helps. It is a nice organizer, my only annoyance is the cup holders that hang on the sides - they easily get bumped and can come off. It is probably because I have them in the way of where things get knocked easily. It is a minor nuisance. Overall, the product is nice.
- Question : Can you send the file folder separately mine was not shipped with it even though I paid for it and box stated it was the one with file folderAnswer : Not sure why you would think there was a file folder with the file organizer?

The desk organizer is a useful addition to any desk that needs some organization. The product is easy to assemble, but some customers struggled with the assembly as the instructions were not very clear. The organizer has a drawer, pen holders, and shelves that can hold papers, folders, and other desk accessories. The shelves fit a piece of paper, and a phone can also fit on top of it. However, some customers found that their laptop didn't fit on the top shelf, so that is something to Consider before purchasing. The cup holders that hang on the side can easily get bumped and come off.
