- Question : Made in the USA?Answer : I don't know but just had to say that this seed is mostly sunflower seeds.I would never buy this again.
- Question : Has anyone else gotten a bad bag the was infested with moths?Answer : We've gotten moths before in all brands of seeds. Like others say if you can freeze the seeds for a few days first. They aren't a problem. When the months did get out in our bird room, I bought moth traps. They're sticky on one side and they take care of the months in just a few days. No problem! The bridge don't seem to mind the moths at all, lol.
- Question : There's so little product in this bag. How much do you give your parrot?Answer : This is 5 pounds of food. I have a small Meyer's parrot (about the size of a cockatiel) and she thrives on this food along with oats and groats, seed trees, fruits and vegetables. Depending on the size of your parrot, of course, but it is good food and I give her about 3 or 4 tablespoons every other day.
- Question : Are the vitamin/mineral contents applied to the seed or are they just in the pellets or crumbles?Answer : This mix includes seed, grains, nuts, fruits, vegetables and vitamin fortified pellets. Of everything I have offered to my parrots, this mix is their favorite. The have softer, shinier feathers, and are always healthy and active.
- Question : Titanium dioxide? food coloring? if i gad read more thoroughly, no way i would have bought this..Answer : I did not know that was in the bird food. I am not buying it either anymore. Thanks for the heads up.

I wanted to get this and mix it with her other food?Answer : Dehydrated bananas, pumpkin seed, rolled peas, chili peppers and a good mainly mix of grains, seeds and fortified pellets. A good daily mix that my Senegal and African grey thrive on. Much better mix than I have seen at Pet Smart etc. if you want more fruit and veggies order a bag of that to go along with this.
- Question : Would this be ok to feed to my Indian ringneck?Answer : Menu Parrot is formulated specifically for large parrots. Depending on what your bird likes to eat, it would be a great product for your bird. If your bird prefers smaller pieces, you may want to try the Menu Cockatiel diet.
