This product is a pack of two bottles of capers consisting of capers, vinegar, and salt. The shelf life is at least two years unopened and at least three months when opened and refrigerated. Customers have used the capers in various dishes such as fish, chicken, salads, and pizza. The product comes in a glass jar and arrives intact with proper packaging. Although some customers found the capers salty, the majority found their flavor and value to be good. The only issues were with some jars leaking during delivery and the capers being inadequately packed.
