Depends on that thread of that faucet. The thread on the hose itself is a British metric thread. But they give you an adapter to takes it to a 1/2" male iron pipe thread. You would probably need an adapter that is 1/2 female iron pipe thread to female garden hose thread to get you onto a utility sink faucet.

Is there a model longer than 44”?

The B-0100-60H would be the 60" option.

Is the stainless steel hose 36 inches or 44 inches? I have seen it elsewhere being advertised with a 44 inch stainless steel hose.

44" includes the length of the gray plastic handle.
