    Answer : They do contain sugar. I don't use them in as nutrition, but use them in very limited amounts as a means for learning baby to self-feed and handling different textures.

    Answer : No some are powdered flavors, which is mainly the vegetable flavors, but they are major allergen free/friendly and are organic which is a huge plus in my opinion.

    Answer : I bought these in March 2019. The earliest best-by date is Sep 2019, the latest is Jan 2020.
