CO2 (water)...it's the only reason i bought it, but warning...it's not a bold, strong and rich coffee......,like starbucks...hope this helps !

If you look at the pictures of the can, you will see it is clearly marked on the can as 'medium' roast.....not dark.

Its a brick and once open ( of course) is a bag , best coffee ever!

Fine ground. Excellent espresso, we use it for latte's.
