Can these be used outdoors? Okay in rain?

It shows indoor/outdoor so I think they’d be fine - i have mine indoors. I think they’d hold up fine in the rain.

What do you use to attach the spiders onto the house wall?

Tape won't last in the wind or rain. If you have vinyl siding, buy a pack of siding clips, they're great for hanging decor off your house. But I have shingles in the front so the clips won’t work for me. I'm going to try fishing line hanging from the windows. Also may try the outdoor command hooks. Trial and error.
