    • Question : Is the unit resistant to moisture, dampness and such?
      Answer : The electronics are sealed but if it's going to be exposed to the weather, it should be put in an enclosure.
    • Question : Will this work with the receiver mounted inside the steel toolbox on my dump trailer?
      Answer : Yes I have had no problem. Even at rear of trailer
    • Question : Will this work with a power up gravity down hydraulic pump?
      Answer : Yes it will.
    • Question : Will this product work on a dump trailer with a power up and gravity down?
      Answer : Yes, it will work for your application.
    • Question : Have a large hydraulic shop door that uses a momentary toggle switch - up to open down to close. Can this be used to open wirelessly?
      Answer : Short answer is maybe, depends on your power source, this transmitter box is set up for 12 V DC so battery or AC to DC converter wall plug. If you're using straight 120v AC or wall outlet to power your unit this will not work.. Hope this helps..
    • Question : Will this unit work on a power up and power down pump?
      Answer : Yes, it has two powered outputs.
    • Question : Is there an antenna that I need to install with this unit? I saw others that have one, would rather not need one if possible
      Answer : The antenna is built in to the control.
    • Question : Does it react in real time? Cheaper ones seem to delay in stopping once you release the button....want it to work like the toggle switch!
      Answer : No, there is no noticeable delay.

    The GAMA Electronics RF Remote Control 12 VDC for Hydraulic Pump Applications is a wireless remote control system compatible with power up and power down hydraulic pumps. The electronics are sealed and the control has a built-in antenna. It has no noticeable delay and a range of approximately 100ft. However, the receiver may not work when placed in an aluminum tool box, and there is currently no enclosure for the unit. Programing is limited to one remote control at a time. Customers have found it easy to install and appreciate the convenience of not having to use a cable to operate their dump trailer. The company provides excellent technical support.
