The size is larger than expected, and the color and label design match the Coors Banquet brand perfectly. However, some customers have reported that the product feels cheaply made, with unfinished and unsanded metal edges, and is prone to rust and dents. Additionally, the handle for the lid is made of thin tin, and there have been reports of the handle slicing the user's hand. One customer also reported that the cooler arrived with bent sides. Another customer reported that the screw had fallen off one corner and needed to be fixed, and the spray foam inside the cooler was not maximised for holding in the cold.
