The QSP Bison Fixed Blade Knife is an excellent, sturdy and well-made knife that is great for both outdoor and everyday carry use. Made in China, it features a flat grind D2 steel blade with a thick tip and a non-slip micarta handle, making it comfortable to use and easy to grip. Although it is an affordable knife, it is built like a tank and looks great. The kydex sheath is also of high quality, although it may not fit larger gun belts. It is worth noting that D2 steel is difficult to sharpen and could be brittle under lateral stress, but this is a trade-off for its excellent edge retention. Overall, this is a great purchase for under $100.
