Doesn’t appear to come in Herman Miller packaging, but is the exact same dimensions as the original. Even has the same factory marks. Only difference is the richness of the black, isn’t completely graphite. And the ridge lines of the indentions are more rounded and not flat. It’s terrofic, same material and quality.

What are the dimensions of the product and how does it differ from size C?

Not sure on the dimensions but I know it won’t fit a C. I have a both a B and C and I've tried the C on the B and it’s too big.

Does the product have a thick and thin side?

Yes, it is a thick (increased support) side and a thin (standard support) side.

Can I install this to an Aeron ordered without lumber support?

Yes, but it is a horrible product. Looks like the original but not comfortable at all. Not only useless but painful. I threw it away and ordered an original Herman Miller which is very comfortable.

Is the official Herman Miller lumbar support rock hard and uncomfortable?

I tried this lumbar pad and it is rock hard. I've just ordered a replacement from Herman Miller.
