The Empava Jetted Tub is a beautiful, compact and powerful addition to any bathroom. It has a sleek appearance and is available at different prices for the same product. The tub comes with a pump for the jets but not a heater, it has a removable pillow that can be adjusted to different parts of the tub by suction cups, and it can be installed only as an alcove. The front face doesn’t come off, and it's necessary to move the whole tub for plumbing access. The installation instructions are included but require extra time to figure out, and it is recommended to hire an expert for the process. The tub is great for compact spaces and small persons, but may not be suitable for large people with long legs. The surface is slippery, so a slip-resistant mat is necessary, and the tub produces noticeable noise when the jets are on. It's hard to get out of the tub if one side is a thin chrome rail, and there's not enough room to manoeuvre. The Empava Jetted Tub can arrive with problems, such as mold or even breaks, but Empava's customer service was appreciated in quickly resolving that aspect. Overall, the product is worth the investment for those looking for a sleek, powerful Jetted Tub option.
