The device has hot and cold modes, comes with a paper cutter right out of the box, and easily accommodates normal size/weight paper plus the laminating pouch. One downside is that the laminator stopped working for some after only a few uses or several months. It is also manufactured in China. However, the seller provided excellent customer service in replacing the product when necessary.
