- Question : What is included in the set?Answer : The set includes 3 5-size plates and 3 multipurpose pots.
- Question : Where is it manufactured?Answer : It is manufactured in Japan.
- Question : What material is used?Answer : The tableware is made of porcelain.
- Question : Why haven’t you tried the microwave?Answer : I have already used it in the microwave and the cups are fine. Just to be clear I haven’t boiled water in these cups I have only warmed up my coffee for 30 seconds. If after the 30 seconds my coffee is not at the desired temperature I have warmed it up in two or three intervals of 30 seconds.
- Question : Is there one or two cups?Answer : There are two cups and each one is different. They are adorable!
- Question : How many ounces do each mug hold?Answer : It’ll hold a little more than 8oz
- Question : Are these made in Japan?Answer : It's stamped on the bottom 2014 Peanuts Made in Japan.
- Question : Are these microwave and dishwasher safe?Answer : I haven't tried to microwave it but I do put it in the dishwasher.
- Question : Does snoopy appear on both sides of the mug?Answer : Only on one side of each mug
- Question : Is lead present in the glaze? Has anyone tested it?Answer : There is no glaze just pottery painting. They are beutiful. It is a medium mug.
- Question : Are the two cups supposed to be the same size? The pair I received are not.Answer : Yes, my two mugs are exactly the same size. I think it is a shipping mistake from the warehouse. I had a similar problem, but with another item. It looks like the mistake initiates in the packing department.
- Question : Are they microwave safe and dishwasher safe?Answer : I assume they are both microwave safe and dishwasher safe because nothing has happened when I have to put them in the microwave or in the dishwasher (top rack). I can’t say for sure if they are safe because I don’t remember reading something like that but then again, I purchased mine about 4 to 5 years ago. What I would do is get in touch with Customer Service and ask because I know they have more access to information than the customers do…. If you want to be sure.
