I’d say about 1/8” variation doubt you can get closer they all are about the same, The paper is a pain in the ass though

The sheets I got are 2.4mm thick, give or take. It's cast so thickness varies a bit.

Is each of the 2 pieces acrylic sheet 16 x 20? Or is it 8x10” each?

Hello, there are 2 16 x 20 inch acrylic sheets with protective film on both sides.

Is there a secret to getting the protective paper off the sheet? I keep trying to peel but it does not seem to want to peel back.

Mine just peeled off. I can’t think of anything that would help.

Would this stop an airsoft bb?

Depends on the proximity and fps of the airsoft.
