Customer Questions & Answers

  • Question : What makes Treasure of East Herbal Extracts different?
Answer : Treasure of East Herbal Extracts have the same active chemicals as whole herbs but with five times the concentration.
  • Question : Are the herbs sourced ethically?
Answer : Yes, over 95% of raw herbs come from regions of traditional origin and the only time we source outside the traditional region is when it fails to meet our strict sustainability and quality guidelines.
  • Question : Are there any preservatives in Treasure of East Herbal Extracts?
Answer : No, 100% of the herbs are free from sulfur preservatives.
  • Question : Does this tea stain your teeth blue?
Answer : It could potentially stain your teeth purple with enough of it consumed as tea, but if you are taking it for health, I don't see why you would mix it with water. Dosage is roughly 1 gram per dose. I just put the small amount of powder on my tongue and swallow... doesn't even touch my teeth.
  • Question : How much of a tsp is a gram?
Answer : The product I ordered came in today and it’s a powder form, not a capsule. 1/4 teaspoon is 1.42 grams though, so you can go from there to increase or decrease your dosage.
  • Question : Can you purchase these in capsules?
Answer : Just measure out one quarter teaspoon and mix with a little applesauce or yogurt or pudding, etc. This brand is the most effective.
  • Question : Are there other ingredients on the bottle?
Answer : 100% Indigo Naturalis (Qing Dai) is the only ingredient listed on the bottle.
  • Question : Is this made in China?
Answer : I hope it is. It’s a Chinese herb!
  • Question : I received a new bottle. Have you changed the packaging?
Answer : Since I created this list in the format of tablets, I have been selling the tablets based on its cost for five years. The packaging never changed. The background of the picture is my living room.
