Question : How do these compare in taste to nabsico's famois chocolate wafers? i need a gf substitute for a recipe
Answer : These crackers have much healthier ingredients and coconut sugar is still sugar but a better alternative to white sugar or sugar syrups. If you’re used to regularly eating sugar they may not satisfy you. They have flavor that is from real ingredients rather than sweetness and additives. That is the key flavor difference. They won’t satisfy a craving for chocolate or regular sugar. They are crispy and tasty but uniquely so and the chocolate flavor is there but subtle. I prefer the farmhouse cheddar and the rosemary sea salt in this brand (wonderful flavors) and get my chocolate fix from straight dark chocolate.
Question : How big is each cracker?
Answer : It is about the size of a Wheat Thin cracker.
Question : What is the solvent in vanilla extract? Is it alcohol?
Answer : Our vanilla extract is non-GMO, soy-free, and made with cane-based alcohol. It contains no corn carriers or derivatives.
Question : Do these have soy of any kind?
Answer : Simple Mills does not use soy or soy derivatives in any of our products.
Question : Is this vegan?
Answer : Yes, the Chocolate Brownie Seed & Nut Flour Sweet Thins are vegan.
Question : I want to make cookie crumbs for a crust, how many cups would the box be crushed?

Question : If anyone has tried both the chocolate brownie and the chocolate, can you describe the difference in flavor between the two options? thanks.
Answer : I believe the chocolate flavor is called chocolate brownie. There is also a mint chocolate flavor but no flavor labeled just, “chocolate.”
Question : The ingredients seem to be vegan and they answered a q that they’re vegan, so why doesn’t it say it on the box?
Answer : It is on the box. On the side it states: corn free grain free vegan paleo friendly. If your looking at the front of the box, turn the box to the side with the nutrition info and look at the very bottom.
