The set looks similar to the pictures and is comfortable, but some pieces are mislabeled, with parts included but not mentioned in the instructions. Assembly was difficult, especially getting the cushion covers on. The set is very small, with the backrest being around 24-30 inches. Some customers have also reported poor quality of the faux wicker, which crumbled and fell apart after only a few months. On the other hand, the cushions are comfortable and easy to clean. There are plastic caps on the bottom, allowing the furniture to be moved around easily. The cushion storage is convenient, although not big enough to fit the top cushions. Some customers have had good experiences with customer service, receiving replacements for damaged parts quickly and at no cost.
