How does this compare to the effect the Epicenter bass restoration line does to car audio, except for non +12v applications?

We cannot provide an answer to this question.

Has anyone tried 2 of these simultaneously, such as one for lead vocal and another for the final mix out the board mains?

It is possible to use two Sonic Exciters simultaneously, but it is advisable to purchase and use them one at a time before pairing them to get a feel for what they do. Running the vocals through one side and the mains through the other side can be an option.

If I put an unbalanced signal in, will it come out balanced?
