1. The handle is plastic & molded into the bottle with a hollowed out part of bottle for holding & grippping. When u wash bottle u r washing the handle ! 2 There is also a Thick piece of ribbon (durable). Its similar to a lanyard. With a Double sided loop _ 6 inches approx per side. Washable and removable. Can put yr hand thru this Double sided loop for carrying/handling. I bought my daughter one. Whoo hoo!!!

Can you take the stickers off?

No you can't unless you intend to snap or scrape them off which in I'm certain you will damage the integrity of the bottle.
