Can't get more than 4 shaves from this blade....tried stroking on levi jeans, drying with blow dryer, soaking in alcohol ..need suggestions...thks.

Write or call Gillette for true assistance. They will most likely replace those blades.

Is better to dry using cloth towel to blot dry or just air dry allowing moisture to dry on its own? Which will prolong the integrity of the blades?

I just let them air dry. They last forever
