Kaged KM-REKA-020SL Post-Workout & Recovery Editorial Review

The RE-KAGED Whey Protein Powder is a great post-workout protein shake that is very effective for fast recovery. The product is made with whey protein isolate which is easily absorbed by the body, providing the necessary amino acids for muscle growth and recovery. The orange flavor of the protein mix is delicious and reminiscent of an orange Julius. However, it is recommended to mix it with milk or milk substitute like coconut milk rather than just water. It is on the pricier side but worth it for a treat after a challenging workout. While the product is vegetarian suitable, it does contain trace amounts of lactose.
