Meguiar's Hot Rims & Wheels Cleaner is designed to clean rims, and it works great on chrome rims. It has an acidic pH level of 2.80-3.80, making it a little too strong for other chrome/paint areas, which requires a chrome polish or something similar. But it works very well on factory clear-coated wheels, leaving the wheels very clean with a nice shine. The sticky gel formulation of this product foams up and eats brake dust and dirt easily, making it easy and fast to clean rims. Good for the rims that are hard to reach due to the sticky foam formulation.

  • Acidic formulation is too harsh for other chrome/paint areas
