What are the ingredients?

If this is the FODmap version, it should not have garlic or onion powder ingredients. The label in the picture does not list either of those.

I had the original flavor and it was very flavorful but not spicy.

Are there any varieties that are both AIP and FODMAP friendly?

How is this certified low FODMAP when it contains garlic and onions?

There are no onions or garlic in our low FODMAP blend. This is the only product that is onion and garlic free, our other blends are specific to other dietary restrictions. Is this similar to the no longer made 'hot bbq' seasoning?

I'm not familiar with the 'hot bbq' seasoning but will say this seasoning isn't really 'hot.' It is what it says it is, an all-purpose seasoning.
